November 13, 2009There is a lot to be thankful for this last year! This little beauty is one of them! I have been so blessed to get to know this little princess’ family and to photograph them three times in the past year. Now she is turning ONE on Thanksgiving – fitting isn’t it? =) Big sister also has a BIG birthday coming up in a couple months! So funny, when I asked her when her birthday is she told me, “The day I get bigger!”. Love it!

November 7, 2009In the land of Red and White, on a Saturday game day – NU vs Oklahoma of all games, it probably isn’t the title one would expect, but I can’t think of a better way to celebrate this day than to introduce you to the newest WILDCAT! This ‘Little Man’ has been joyfully anticipated by so many people, Huskers and Wildcats alike! One year ago this coming week his parents were steeped in mourning the loss of their 2nd born, an amazing little boy whom God graced this world with for only a few minutes – you can read about him HERE. Well, God’s mercies are new every morning, and by His great love and grace He blessed this wonderful family with an beautiful, healthy, big boy who made his entrance into the world just this last week!
It is hard to believe that it is NOVEMBER already and the weather yesterday was sure a tease! So gorgeous and PERFECT for a senior session! When we scheduled we had no idea what kind of weather we would get and we certainly didn’t think we’d have such a perfect fall evening like we did! I am praising God for a few more of these days which are by far my favorite of the year, but oh so rare!! I had such a great time photographing this Marian Senior! Such a sweet and absolutely GORGEOUS girl!
