This couple is gettin’ married! Yep, the wedding bells are gonna chime… well not really, our church doesn’t have bells. These two make their own music though – you can see how completely they adore each other and it is wonderful =)

Hi! My name is Angie - you'd think my name was Ella, but that is my daughter =) She is my muse - the inspiration behind EllaBella Photography! My goal is to take beautiful photos that not only capture the image, but also the emotion and essence of what inspires you! Welcome to my blog where you will see that happen!

I have Senioritis. Not the kind where you can’t wait to graduate (though I think some of my clients are already there!). Mine is the kind where I just can’t get enough of these seniors! I have so much fun and I hope they do too =) This young man let me try out some great shots I have been wanting to do! I am really liking the moody lighting with the swim shots, I hope you do too =)

Little boys! I love them! These two were so much fun to chase around Schramm Park, just like we did last year! I just love watching my littlest clients grow and I am so thankful when my clients call me back year after year!

Sometimes life comes full circle. For instance when my husband and I were first married we were leading the youth ministry at our church and there was this kid in the Junior High, about 12 years old. He was shy and awkward but devoted and faithful. I will always remember that kid with great fondness! Well fast forward about 15 years and that ‘kid’ is now leading the youth ministry at our church and my own boys are sitting under his teaching!
Now that ‘kid’ is a brand new Dad to a beautiful, brand new baby girl! And it makes me wonder if maybe some 12 years from now, if one of my boys might be leading youth ministry and teaching this young lady…

You know, it COULD happen!
Tuesday evening was a a busy night! School physicals, football practice, and photo sessions. Managing my family’s schedule is a real juggling act some days! This night my daughter Elle got to tag along and act as my ‘assistant’, since Dad and I had to ‘divide and conquer ‘ to get everyone where they needed to be. She is good at getting attention and managed to get some great smiles out of our little client, helping him to get brave enough to step away from Mom and Dad long enough to capture some of the requested photos.
Such a sweet little family, and I love that they wanted to capture their love for Christ in this session as well!

Took a quick trip down (or is it up?) to Fremont last night to photograph this senior! We had fun running all over town chasing the light and talking about God’s incredible blessings =)

I have known this girl most of her life, and I find as I get older some people stay forever the same age in my mind because, of course, I am not getting any older! Right?
Don’t answer that…
Anyway, for that reason I can’t tell you when this girl grew up! I mean, wasn’t she just 11 years old last week? Today I can’t even call her a girl, she is most definitely a beautiful young woman!

A Lincoln Senior in Omaha =) She happens to be the gorgeous girlfriend of my nephew and I am so pleased she wanted me to take her senior portraits!

Today I photographed my first 2010 senior guy… and my 2nd 2010 senior guy! We did a combo session and I just can’t wait to share these images of them =)

This was a photo session that was a LONG time in coming! We first planned to get together just after the first of the year, but decided to wait for better weather. Once better weather arrived, baby brother made an unexpected, early arrival! So here we are in August, just a mere 8 months later than first planned! Totally worth the wait =)
